Kegiatan Lomba Video Kreatif merupakan salah satu side event yang tahun ini memasuki event kedua. Konsep kegiatan ini adalah mewadahi talenta daerah yang menaruh minat pada pembuat video kreatif.
Melalui kegiatan Lomba Video Kreatif ini, para peserta bisa menyalurkan ide kreativitas di bidang visualisasi untuk dimanfaatkan untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait pembangunan di daerah masing-masing.
Kegiatan Lomba Video Kreatif bisa diikuti oleh seluruh peserta pameran, baik yang berasal dari pemerintah kabupaten, kota, dan provinsi maupun peserta umum atau masyarakat luas yang tertarik untuk mengikuti lomba ini.
